"An Endangered Child Alert has been issued by the TBI on behalf of the Smithville Police Department for 12-year-old Briella Reese Bowling. She is a Caucasian female with blonde hair, blue eyes, standing 4′ 3″, and weighs 115 pounds. Briella is possibly in the company of her non-custodial mother, 42-year-old Wendy Dawn Hancock. Hancock is Caucasian, with blonde hair, hazel eyes, stands 5’6″, and weighs 124 pounds. Hancock is wanted by the Smithville Police Department for domestic assault and contributing to the delinquency of a child. Hancock and Bowling are believed to be traveling in a 2018 silver Chevrolet Equinox, TN tag BMK994.
