Recovered/Located TN - Charlotte Harshman, 26, Clarksville, insulin dependent diabetic, 22 Sept 2019

We are looking for an adult, CHARLOTTE HARSHMAN, 26 that was reported missing Sept 24. A family member, she is staying with, last saw her 9/22 around 9 pm in the house. The next morning HARSHMAN was gone. She is a Type 1 diabetic, insulin dependent and has to take it every day, but left the house without any of her medication. There are NO indications of abduction or foul play.

While police initially stated that Harshman is possibly a victim of foul play or abduction, their Facebook post was recently updated to reflect there’s no indication that her disappearance is criminal in nature.

Clarksville Police believe there are indications of abduction or foul play.

Harshman was staying with a family member, who had last seen her at 9:00 p.m. on Sunday.
