Authorities continue search for woman reported missing in December (wreg.com)

The Memphis Police Department issued an alert for a woman who was reported missing back in December.

• Chastity Chairs, 34, left her home in the 800 block of Inez Street on December 29, 2020, to go to the store and did not return.
• She is 5’3″, 213 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

If you see her, call police.

Memphis police have issued a City Watch for a woman who has been missing over a month.

Chastity Chairs, 34, went missing from the 800 block of Inez Street on Dec. 29, 2020.

Police say she left her home to go to the store and did not return.

Chairs has a mental illness and has not taken her medication in months.

Ugh!! Why wasn't she taking her meds? I know there are legitimate, non-nefarious answers to this question, but I'll ask anyway...Shouldn't someone have gone with her to the store?

I don't know how true it is but there is a very concerning update posted by LC on 29 Jan. I hope they can find Chastity soon. LC seems quite worried and is trying to spearhead a media blitz. I hope they can get help and answers quickly.

34-year-old Chastity Chairs has been missing more than a month now!

Missing From: 800 Block of Inez St. Memphis, TN

Missing Since: 12/29/2020

Details: Victim left her residence heading to the store and did not return. Victim has a mental condition but has not taken her medication in months.
