<<Details of Disappearance: Cheryl was last seen at the Big Orange Bar with her boyfriend, Terry Collins. The couple was seen arguing before getting into a vehicle and driving down the road together. She supposedly got out of the vehicle after they drove down the road. The couple had a history of domestic violence.

According to the sheriff’s report, Payne’s live-in boyfriend Terry Collins told investigators that he and Payne got into a verbal fight at their home at 1142 Mountain View Road in Rockwood the night of Dec. 27.

Collins said in the sheriff’s report that Payne had been drinking beer and she wanted to go out dancing but he did not want to. No one has seen her since.>>
