Thanks - I dont' know why it didn't come up with the initial case No. entered. In any event, Knox county isn't part of the Tennessee court record system I usually use. Almost all counties are, except the Memphis area and a couple of others. Tncrtinfo.com Tennessee Public Court Records

The Knox County courthouse website LOOKS like it has a record search engine but it's a third party provider, that just wants to take your money and doesn't give you much of anything. Most of those are less than helpful. You have to make a written request for records from the Clerk so nothing there.

I couldn't find any missing notifications for him in the news or on social media outside of NamUs, so not sure who actually reported him missing and who is investigating (if anyone).

The NameUS Regional System Administrator will verify the missing person report with the appropriate law enforcement agency and obtain permission from that agency to publish - but there's no specific requirements of what has to be provided (i.e. a picture). It would REALLY be helpful.
