Alexander has a severe speech impediment and suffers from hallucinations when off medication.

He doesn't have a cellphone and is believed to be on foot.

Alexander is a black male who is 5'9" and 150 lbs.

Anyone seeing Alexander or knowing his whereabouts is urged to contact the Emergency Communications Center at 615-862-8600.
