<<He was last seen September 21st 2013 at his residence. Neighbor's said that they last saw him in his driveway washing a motorcycle with Stacey Buckley. (Stacey was his GF)

Wall did not make it to work and his relatives could not get in touch with him so they asked for a welfare check from the Fayette County Sheriff's Department.
Wall's truck was located December 25th 2013.>>

<<Deputies went to make a welfare check Tuesday night at the home of Jeffrey Wall on Oak Hollow Lane in Fayette County, Tenn.

Buckley lived with Wall in the upscale home in the west part of Fayette County.

But Inspector Ray Garcia said no one was there when lawmen arrived Tuesday night.

“We didn’t know exactly what we would find when we got here. And we didn’t find anyone when we got here. So we didn’t exactly know what was going on.”>>

<<There was no sign of foul play until Buckley was found Wednesday afternoon in St. Francis County, Ark., near the intersection of highways 70 and 75.

“I know it was a gunshot wound. I’ve heard some reports stating that it involved the facial area,” Garcia said.>>
