Lanysja Rodgers was reported missing around 3:42 p.m. Wednesday after leaving the 600 block of Arthur Street on foot. She is approximately 5'2", 135 pounds with hair that is dyed a yellow-orange. Police said she may have been seen near the Second United Methodist Church on Western Avenue.
