Megan Thurman is missing in Meigs County

Her family and Meigs County authorities hope you can help them locate 23-year-old Megan Thurman.

A police report says Thurman's grandmother told authorities she was last seen by her in early October, and that she appeared under the influence of a substance.

Megan C. Thurman, 23, of 208 Kathy St., Athens, was arrested on Jan. 11 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with a capias and violation of probation out of Meigs County. She was being held on a $976.90 cash bond for Meigs County authorities and faced a date in General Sessions Court on Jan. 12.
