Found Safe TN - Premature baby, 2 wks, taken by armed dad after domestic assault, Smyrna, 26 Feb 2019 *Arrest*

MISSING/ENDANGERED CHILD

We need your help locating an endangered child.
At approximately 8:30 this evening, Smyrna Police responded to a domestic dispute between a man and woman. The male assaulted the female and took their 2 week old infant son with him.

The male does not have legal custody of the child and left in a silver or white Ford Edge (tag # 2J6-8K8).

The infant child was born premature and we are concerned for his safety. He was wearing a dark blue onesie with tan vines on the fabric. He is a light skinned black male with blue eyes and brown hair. He should be in a red car sear behind the passenger seat.

The suspect is BEAU BEECHUM, 28 years old and may be armed with a handgun. We do have active domestic assault warrants on file for Beechum. They may be in or en route to Nashville or Shelbyville.
