I found this which was in late April of 2008 which says that Ricarda's family was fighting with Lou Lockett (the baby's father and Ricarda's husand) over custody of the little boy.

I haven't been able to find out yet if they were successful in that custody battle or not.

Unfortunately, Ricarda and her baby boy are POC, people of color and the powers that be in Memphis, TN couldn't care less about them, they just hope that we continue to kill each other so they don't have to do it. As far as Harold granting custody to an admitted child abuser and suspected killer of the child's mother, it requires much less paperwork than granting custody to his loving family. I wonder where the baby is and how he is doing now. He should be about 15 years old. I know he misses his mother, I wonder what his father has told him about her disappearance.
