What's the deal with a plea bargain when you basically have DNA to link this guy to fathering a 12 year old's child? I don't get it. In 25 years (if he even serves all of his sentence) he'll only be 56 and young enough to collect more victims along his miserable life. This makes me mad!!!

Gilley will have to serve his 25-year sentence at 100 percent with the Tennessee Department of Corrections. He will also be on community supervision for life when he is released from prison. He will also be on the Tennessee Sex Offender registry.
