AMBER ALERT!! A statewide AMBER ALERT is issued for the Morgan County Sheriff's Office for 3-month old Russell Roysden. Russell was last seen at his residence when he was kidnapped by his non-custodial father, Jerry Alan Roysden, on September 13th at around 10:00 am ET. Jerry Roysden has an extensive violent criminal history. A warrant for kidnapping has been issued for his arrest. Unknown clothing description or direction of travel. I hope this man knows how fragile and needy 3 month old infants are! Babies this young can get dehydrated, over heated or too cold, very fast and easily. I hope and pray he is paying attention to this poor child.raying:

UPDATE: WARTBURG, Tenn. (WATE) – UPDATE: The AMBER Alert for Russell Roysden has been canceled. The TBI says he was recovered and is safe in Morgan County.
