Circumstances of Disappearance:
Webb was last seen at his sister's store in Sevier County, Tennessee on October 27, 2000. He has never been heard from again. Authorities found his 1998 Dodge Dakota burned in Monroe County, Tennessee but no one was at the scene. At the time of his disappearance, Webb was known to be involved in a Mexican drug cartel distribution ring and may have been the victim of foul play. His whereabouts remain unknown.
