I’m sorry but they should not have accepted his guilty plea unless he revealed her location. The DA has that kind of leverage to use if they choose to. I just don’t get it. Why can’t the family’s wishes be considered more during plea negotiations? I guess in a perfect world…MOO

I’m wondering if there were a lot of gaps in evidence, making this plea deal seem favorable to prosecution? No-body cases are usually pretty difficult, it wouldn’t surprise me if they felt the need to settle into that 🤬🤬🤬🤬 negotiation. It’s not justice, but the system rarely works perfectly :(
Taquila deserved so much more.
Here’s to hoping he dies just before his release date and that Taquila’s loved ones are able to lay her to rest finally.
