Taylor Dawn Powell, 22, was last seen near her mother's home in the 300 block of Carver Street and was leaving the area with an unknown acquaintance in a red Jeep.

Police said that Powell was homeless but was seen frequently in the downtown Kingsport area.

Powell is described as a white female standing 5 feet 4 inches tall with blonde hair, blue eyes and weighing 120 pounds.

An endangered person alert has been canceled as a Kingsport woman has been located, police said Wednesday.

The report said Taylor Dawn Powell, 22, was located at a housing complex downtown on Tuesday.
