The Charley Project listing shows a number of photos - unclear if they are Drivers License or not, all same background, same body positioning. Todd Michael Crane – The Charley Project No court records on him in the Cincinnati area, but figured he might have lived in KY. Several cases there in two counties. The Charley Project page state he suffers from depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. He is classified as disabled and is considered "endangered" It also states he has scars on both wrists a large scar on his head and half of his big toe is missing.
