Our topic is the emotional closing arguments in the sentencing phase of Jonathan Richardson's first degree murder conviction for the sexual torture and murder of 4 year old Teghan Skiba.
Our show tonight will be a very emotional show. It's a tough one but this needs to be discussed. Monsters like Richardson should never be allowed to be near our children. How did Richardson slip through the cracks? Were their signs that he was a sexual predetor? If so why wasn't something done before he killed Teghan.
