She looks so different.

She looks so different.
Wildly different! I wonder if the changed appearance is an attempt to garner sympathy? She looks nothing like her former self.

Latecomer to this case, but help me out here. Who cares if she is a small town pageant winner? How is this relevant in any way? This is just a random young woman who is facing terrible charges.

(Yes, I know that media fans these flames, but do we need to do that here on Websleuths?)

Maybe because all beauty queens want nothing more than world peace?

Wow, I was confused who the camera was focusing on initially. Took me a minute to recognize it was her. IMO, she’s been trying to fly under the radar by changing her appearance.

IMO, the reason is because the winners of pageants are typically held to a higher standard. Now with that being said. I do not care who she is. What was done to that baby is horrific.

Nothing would surprise me. Though she needs to work on those facial expressions.

I agree. As a pageant winner, she was supposedly a representative of good character, responsibility, moral values, being a model teen in her community. Killing a child would be the polar opposite of that.

Couldn’t help being reminded of JonBenet Ramsey headlines touting the pageantry and beauty queen monikers
