Almost everyone I know said middle school was such an awful experience - hormones, cattiness with girls, etc. I'm glad to see that for someone who would otherwise struggle even worse than typical adolescents, he has a great friend.

Nick is such an amazing kid too. At 13, I certainly didn't have the patience he does.
