A search warrant was executed on a home in New Caney relating to the promotion and distribution of CSAM. Detectives found the house covered in animal urine & feces. A HAZMAT team & CPS were dispatched to the home. An infant and several animals were removed from the home.
The investigation resulted in the arrest of 3 adults; Robert & Frances Walker, and Leigh Baker (the crying one in the pic below).
"Robert Craig Walker, 38, was found to be associated with promoting and possessing thousands of images depicting the sexual assault of infants and toddlers. He is charged with five counts of second-degree felony Promotion/Distribution of CSAM, state jail felony Abandon / Endanger a Child / Criminal Negligence, and class A misdemeanor Animal Cruelty.
Frances Ashley Walker, 37, and Leigh Ann Baker, 35, are charged with state jail felony Abandon / Endanger a Child / Criminal Negligence, and class A misdemeanor Animal Cruelty."
All three are in jail and are being held on bond.
Constable Gable says his Detectives will “continue to hunt those who choose to hunt and exploit our children.”
The only address listed for Robert & Frances Walker in Montgomery County is listed as: 20136 Lecrete Mill Dr in New Caney. It is a newer house and no signs of hoarding can be seen from satellite view and there is no street view available.
