From January 2006:

http://www.sptimes.com/2006/01/10/news_pf/Pasco/Families_sue_Outback_.shtml

Relatives of Chrystal Willis and Rebecca Shifflett, both Outback managers, filed a joint lawsuit in federal district court last month in Beaumont, Texas. Willis and Shifflett, who was six months pregnant, were killed along with Matthew Hines, co-owner of the Texarkana restaurant, on Sept. 1, 2003.

According to the lawsuit, Willis, Shifflett and Hines had stayed after closing to conduct inventory when they were shot by 25-year-old Stephon Lavelle Walter after he had been fired by the restaurant...

Walter was convicted of capital murder in November and sentenced to life in prison. Richard Henson pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and has yet to be sentenced.

Henson got 45 years:
