Circumstances of Disappearance: Was given a ride to a shopping center in Houston, Tx at the intersection of Lawndale / 75th by his at home care provider. Care Provideder advised that she would normally recieve a call back from him to pick him up, and did not. When she drove back on her own, she could not find him.
