Alfoster Thomas walked away from the Josey Ln. / Valwood Pkwy. area on Tuesday, October 15th, at about 8:15 p.m. He is a 48 year old with special needs and is listed as a missing person. Mr. Thomas is about 5'6" / 195 pounds, has braids in his hair and was last seen wearing a yellow & blue jacket, a red t-shirt, and red pants. He was listening to his headphones.
