APD releases more information on body found in drain at City sewage lift station

According to police, at about 3 p.m., officers were sent to meet Potter County deputies in the 7100 block of Cliffside Road. The Potter County deputies had been called to the location after workers found a body.

The area is in Potter County, but the body was found inside of a drain at a City of Amarillo-owned sewage lift station.

The deceased male is believed to be white or Hispanic in his 20s, standing 6'1", and weighing about 200-250 pounds. He was wearing Nike Shox shoes men's size 12.
