Oak Ridge North police seek help locating missing woman

Oak Ridge North police Detective Brandon Rogers issued a press release Friday, July 6, with information and details about Amy Joyce Fisher, 28, who police say was last seen on Sunday, July 1, around midnight near a McDonalds restaurant at 25222 Interstate-45 in Spring, near the Rayford Road area.

Fisher has reportedly been diagnosed with a mental health condition and is allegedly considered by authorities as a possible danger to herself or others because of her medical condition.
