Missing: Have you seen Angela Nguyen?

Angela Nguyen was last seen on [University of St. Thomas] campus one week ago. She left Guinan Residence Hall around 6:13 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 22.

1. The UST police department was alerted two days later that she was missing.
2. Nguyen is approx 5' tall and weighs about 110 lbs.
3. Last seen wearing a black coat and sneakers and carrying a white and red or pink backpack.
4. It's unusual for her to be gone this long without contacting anyone.
5. UST Police Chief H. E. Jenkins said she was very active in her student life, has a very good grade point average, was involved in a lot of clubs, and a lot of people knew her.
6. Surveillance cameras recorded Ngyuen walking out of Guinan Hall, where she lives, and walking down the sidewalk.
   
7. Police said, there’s no evidence of foul play which limits what police can do.
8. Nguyen had some of the contents of her wallet with her and her two phones. When they call the phones, one goes straight to voicemail and the other rings.
   
9. Call the University of St. Thomas Police Department at 713-525-3888 or the Houston Police Department at 832-394-1840 with any information.

Texas EquuSearch joins search for University of St. Thomas student, Angela Nguyen, last seen on Jan. 22

The Houston Police Department has enlisted the help of Texas EquuSearch as they continue to search for a University of St. Thomas student last seen on Jan. 22 in the Montrose area.

She was last seen on Sul Ross Street wearing long black pants, a black jacket, a hoodie with a green hood and carrying a red and black or pink and black backpack.

“The backpack has more black color than red or pink,” officials with Eqqusearch wrote in a missing persons flier.

Video released of missing University of St. Thomas student - Video
Authorities have released surveillance video of a University of St. Thomas student who hasn't been seen or heard from in more than a week.

Angela Nguyen is seen walking away from the camera in the four-second video released by Houston police. ...

Nguyen was last seen leaving Guinan Residence Hall on Jan. 22 and was headed west on Sul Ross St., according to a statement from the University of St. Thomas Police Department.
