A user (u/Odd_Revolution3051) on one of the major 'true crime' reddit threads found a record of an unidentified woman found in TX in 1975. This woman doesn't appear to be in any of the usual databases, but I haven't been able to find any record of her being identified. She was found by a fisherman in Town Lake in Austin, now named Lady Bird Lake, weighed down with 'a large rock' around her waist.
