Bond reduced (9/14/21) to $20K. Bond reduction denied (2/16/22).
*Grand jury indicted (9/23/19) & charged (9/29/19) with capital murder. $500K bond. Bond reduced to $250K (9/9/20). Bond reduced to $200K (9/14/21). Bond reduction denied (2/16/22).
Trial was set to begin on 4/20/22 for both charges were continued. 5/20/22: Appeal filed to the 5th Court of Appeals (Case #05-22-00480-CR)
