This is JUST for Collins County - there may have been arrests in another county which might factor into this charge. But the charge listed in my post of POSS CS PG 1/1-B <1G refers to possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one. Penalty group one includes cocaine, methamphetamine, and heroin, whereas penalty group 1-B is fentanyl and its derivatives. If she had less than 1 ounce in Texas (and IF there weren't any other charges we don't know about in other counties) she's looking at up to 2 years imprisonment and a $10,000 fine.
