I’m hoping comfort can be had for his Liz and his Dawn and anyone who may have been missing him all these years. Thanks again Othram!

Rest peacefully now Clarence.

I found it weird that the dots were not connected earlier on this case. There was DNA, the family knew he had went to Texas etc. I think the sister mentioned reaching out to the Texas prison system where the deceased had apparently spent some time.

I’m not certain on time frames and locations, but does this UID’s description and details remind anyone else of a “Bob Evans”/Terry Rasmussen?? Maybe not related, but it was the first thing I thought of.
Although these two cases are almost certainly unrelated, since the UID was recently identified, another weird coincidence is that he was last seen in Texas City, a big refinery town, before his death, and Rasmussen supposedly worked in the oil business when he was in Texas.
