Asked if McQuay had undergone the procedure, prison spokeswoman Michelle Lyons said Tuesday, "Not that we can confirm."

Dianne Clements, president of Justice For All, said her group believed McQuay had not been castrated "and remains the pedophile who has threatened to kill his next child victim."

“To my knowledge he was surgically castrated between 6 months and a year ago,” McQuay's lawyer told News 4 WOAI Monday.

I think a bullet to this guy would be perfect,so guess they have to wait till he kills a kid before he gets sent back and the death penalty,scary also he was a bus driver and worked at Sea World San Antonio.Got to watch the kids even more closely at theme parks.
