On July 4, 1984, Cynthia Caliva was found deceased inside her residence located at 2409 N. 42nd Street in Waco. Cynthia Caliva had been stabbed multiple times. He was never brought to trial on charges. The mother of the deceased sued him for wrongful death, and he was found liable. The word guilty shouldn’t be in the story as it creates confusion.

So in police terms, it’s still unsolved and nobody had been brought to justice.

Thanks for the explanation. I feel like it has some great evidence and I know the husband is still alive and living in the area. I wonder if it’s still on the investigators radar really.
