Dallas police need help identifying a body found at Elgin Robertson Park more than a month ago.

- February 25, 2010 (June 7, 2012; no PMI)
- 59 years old (23-60)
- 5’6” (5’2”)
- 150 lbs. (152 lbs.)
- Gray hair (black and white thinning hair; black and white beard and mustache)
- Brown eyes (unknown)

- Filyaw is classified as disabled. He has bad knees and can't walk very far. He has an unkempt, "homeless" appearance. (Clothing: blue short-sleve button-up denim shirt, khaki slacks, white athletic shoes, black watch with black leather band)

- Filyaw was last seen in the 500 block of north Buckner in Dallas, Texas on February 25, 2010. He has never been heard from again. He normally rode a bicycle or used the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) system to get around. Filyaw and his family were members of the First Unitarian Church of Dallas at the time of his disappearance. (Found floating in Lake Ray Hubbard at Elgin Roberts Park.)
