DALLAS - Dallas police hope someone can identify a woman whose body was found in a lake.

The body was pulled from the water earlier this month along the Stemmons Freeway near Love Field.

Mystery as woman's body found off freeway with chilling word on her stomach - as cops try to identify her from 3 tattoos (the-sun.com)

''DETECTIVES are searching for any information about a woman whose body was found in a lake near a Texas freeway on Friday.

Dallas Police released a sketch of the woman's face, along with drawings of her three identifying tattoos — two of which are cryptic words.
"In the sketches released Tuesday, investigators showed that one of the woman's tattoos was a series of three cursive letters on the right side of her torso that appears to read as FOE.

Another tattoo on the woman's lower back reads "Destiny" inked in cursive letters.

The third tattoo shown appears to be a cartoon image of a bearded leprechaun-like man wearing a hat on the inside of her right arm.

The sketch of the woman's face shows a white woman with short hair and no face tattoos.''

''The woman's body was found around 11.30am Friday, just north of Regal Row and near I-35E.

The incident is being investigated as an unexplained death.

It's unclear how the woman died, or how long she had been in the lake''

''Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Derick Chaney with the Dallas Police Homicide Unit by phone at 214-283-4804 or by email at derick.chaney@dallascityhall.com. ''

Looking into the tattooed word FOE, came across this book where that particular tattoo is referenced as meaning FAMILY OVER EVERYTHING.

Dallas police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a woman found Friday, April 8, at about 11:30 a.m. in a small lake near 9499 N. Stemmons Freeway, just north of Regal Row.

The incident is being investigated as an unexplained death.

The woman, picture in the sketch above, had three tattoos, also pictured above. One was a series of three cursive letters on the right side of her midsection, that appear to be FOE. A tattoo on her lower back reads “Destiny,” also in cursive letters. A third tattoo, this one on the interior side of her right arm, looks like a bearded leprechaun wearing a hat.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Det. Derick Chaney with the Dallas Police Homicide Unit by phone at 214-283-4804 or by email at derick.chaney@dallascityhall.com. Reference case number 061355-2022.

I'm confused. None of these three tattoos are described as being on her stomach. Is there a fourth undisclosed tattoo or maybe something written on her stomach with a marker? Or are maybe the facts jumbled up a bit in the first MSM reports? "Destiny" and "FOE" don't really strike me as "chilling".

I think they just described it as "chilling" to get people's attention to their story.

I think they're referring to "FOE" on the "right side of midsection"

Could the letters mean F & E, with a very bad &? I like the suggestion of Family Over Everything also. Was it fresh (just carved in, that would be chilling IMO) or an older thing?

Theres Destiny Taylor, a 27 year old who went missing from Roscoe, IL in March. Not a lot of information available about her online.

I don't know if black/African American could fit, as the UID is said to be white. Mistakes are made of course, but could it be so far off? Looking at the hair in the sketch....might be biracial IMO (Caucasian/African American) I think it's important to know the hair structure. Also no indication of an age/age range. I very bad in that....do other's have thoughts about that?

Good catch, thanks. The recon looks more African American than caucasian to me; my bad for not reading!
