A skull brought back to a Del Valle, Texas home by a dog September 2013, has just been identified as missing, fugitive sex offender Kevin Patrick Stoesner. He disappeared from a halfway house October 2013.

"Stoeser was convicted of several sex crimes, including production of child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 in 2002, and was sentenced to 13 years in federal prison. He was released in 2011 but returned to custody six months later.
Authorities have been looking for Stoeser since October 2013 after he escaped from a halfway house in Del Valle.
The U.S. Marshals Service, along with the Austin Police Department and the Travis County medical examiner’s office will share more details at a news conference today at 1:30 p.m."

Exactly what I was thinking, I have 2 things on mind. Suicide or street justice.
