He was identified as Gary Lacik and is now in NamUs Unclaimed - UCP137155
Someone was looking for him back in 2020, at least.

Is there any way to see if Denton County contacted whoever made the missing person report to Dallas?

There's a handful of trespassing cases in Denton from this past summer which have enough detail (age, height, eye color) to show that this is the same man. Denton County, Texas Court Record - judyrecords

Seems like he was arrested multiple times for trespassing months prior to being found deceased in September.

Also here's the reconstruction that was added to his namus before being identified, but wasnt posted here.

Gary and I where engaged when he was the victim of a drunk driver Nov. 7 , 2004. He had TBI due to the accident, his Mom dumped him in a deplorable group home and never looked back for 4 years. I stuck in there from 2004 to 2009. Due to a death in my family I was forced to move and did not see Gary for a # of years. When I found him again he was in a questionable group home . Everyone in Gary's family deserted him, I wanted to begin visiting Gary again, when I found him there was obvious signs of neglect, long matted hair, long finger nails and toe nails, really sad.
Gary's Mother disliked me more than she loved her own son, the one person who wanted to visit him, she forbidden it. I never not once did anything to jeopardize Gary's safety in any way. We were engaged but since we were not married, I became no one in a insta second.
