77-year-old Elizabeth "Betty" Stover is 5-feet-3-inches tall and has white hair and brown eyes. She has been missing since (last) Monday and was driving a silver 2014 Ford Taurus, license plate DLW5510. A south Abilene gas station has video footage of her buying gasoline on Tuesday.

A close family member passed away in the wake of her disappearance, and police can't notify her of the death until she is found. Her loved one, who lives out of state, died over the weekend.

Anyone near 80 in a vehicle in West Texas for over a week, is in danger in my opinion.

Found deceased:

Police said that Elizabeth "Betty" Stover's body was discovered around 5 p.m. on Wednesday by a rancher in south Taylor County near the Lemons Gap area, which is about 40 miles southwest of Abilene.
Police say it appears that Stover was "driving in an unfamiliar area" and got lost and that she eventually "succumbed to the elements."
