DPS investigators believe foul play may be possible in the July, 1, 2000, disappearance of then-36-year-old Enoe Garcia Jr. Garcia - who is listed as endangered - was last known to be driving a blue 1992 Chevrolet truck bearing Texas plates BB8379. Garcia is about 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs about 195 pounds. He has a surgical scar on his back and walks with a limp.
