Three separate parternity cases, two different women. NONE recent. The one referrenced above is:
Case No: 201459161- 7 Disposed (Final) Although a judgement was rendered in 2015 and his info was logged into the system for child support there is no record that he has made any support payments.

The second paternity case, same woman as abave but from 2010. Case No. 201073114 - Dismissed for Want of Prosecution.

And the third: (different woman entirely) Paternity case. No. 199620979 Filed 1996. He made two child support paments ($40 and $25) and then payments ceased.

As to the tattos - spiderwebs under the eye area CAN (but not always) signify prison culture; the web can symbolize being "trapped" or entangled in the criminal justice system but also can also be symbol of strength and resilience for some individuals. In his case i do think it was prison related and the following information might explain that and why his child support payments ceased after 1996.

Could be but I believe it shows that they have served prison time. And I see a teardrop under the web.
