Why are we asked to call Alabama if we see him?

I couldn't understand that either. Excellent question. Is he originally or even now FROM Alabama, or is this related to something that may or may not have involved him in Alabama?

I will try to dig more after my appointment. I hope Alabama informed San Antonio that they are looking for him.

Well I did some searches online and the Texas DPS website doesn’t have him listed. I didn’t put his case number in though. I did notice that he was reported missing the same day he went missing, which I find a little strange for an adult. I hope some news stations in San Antonio pick up this story and fill it in a little more. I checked FB and saw one that I thought could be him but, since I’m not sure, I’m not going to link it. I hope we get some more info.

Frank is still listed as missing on the Alabama website. It also still shows the same date as missing and reported as missing. I haven’t been able to find anything new on this. Where are you Frank?
