The bird tattoo looks like a Celtic inspiration (early Irish Bibles often featured interwoven decorative knots and other geometric patterns. Depicted animals would then also feature knotwork or geometric designs).

But.... you dont need to be Irish to get a Celtic somewhat Celtic inspired tattoo.

The area where she was found is undergoing some gentrification. That gentrification, however, seems to have stalled out. As a result, the immediate area is "iffy" at best in the general sense with some sections dropping down into the "dangerous" category.

As another side note, there is a large homeless population in the vicinity of the 287 and 30 intersections. For years, the largest soup kitchen in the area was run by some Franciscan Friars. They, however left after some doctrinal disputes with the Bishop.

That aside, I imagine that the soup kitchen was taken over by somebody. I think it would do well to show pictures of the tattoos to the new (well, in the relative sense) operators.

I agree. Hopefully they are distributing flyers on Lancaster at the homeless shelters. Someone is missing this woman. Her tattoos have the names Jacob and Neveah; I can't help but wonder if they are her children. I hope she can be identified soon.
