allowance? at 21? Is this man somehow disabled either physically or cognitively or suffering some serious mental illness that would create a dependence on an allowance? Did he live with his grandmother? Is he just an entitled adult who failed to launch?

The Tarrant Co. Medical Examiner's office has identified the victim as Rita Marie Jackson.

Rontrell has a number of FB accounts which all (to me) indicate a certain level of immaturity, even for a young man of his age.

Yeah, I clicked on this expecting it to be another story about a child who got ahold of their parent's gun....
