Judging by the postmortem photo, she may have had exotropia (outward deviation) of the right eye. However this could be a postmortem change.

As for the facial hair; given she was older, maybe postmenopause hormones being outta wack?

Sad. They had a noticeable appearance. People, maybe other homeless persons, must have noticed her and maybe "know" her by a nick-/street name f.i.. I always wonder if LE does "a round" in the neighborhood to gather possible information.

Mable Marie Carter (I think she was born in January, 10, 1953 and has lived in Louisiana and Houston, Texas.

Sadly no picture. Weight is off. 196 MP, UID 123 lbs, Measured. Could she have lost that much weight in a couple of months? She is missing since October 17, 2023 from Humble, Texas while 70 yrs. old.

I don't have access to exclusions, but has Veronda Kay Sanders been considered? Height and weight seem plausible, as well as general location, and a history of drug use (perhaps a cause for the state of the teeth?). In younger photos she appears to have the beginning of moles under her eyes. No facial hair that I could find, but Veronda went missing in 2018, so plenty of time for changes. The main difference is that UP has no stated tattoos, whereas MP has one on her shoulder. Thoughts?

I'm guessing her age is around 50-60ish?

I think that's when it's at it worst. I have that.

Mine is likely genetic/ethnic though. I come from an ethnic group with lots of body hair.

Facial hair can be controlled via waxing etc.

For convenience the link Charita Antionette Chambers – The Charley Project Charita seems to have a scar that I don't see with Jane Doe. Also tattoos are pretty good identifiers. I have doubts they would left them out.
