Footwear: pair of loafers (Comfort Plus brand, size 10)

Decedent also had a wallet containing an ID card with the name Uriah Holland(D.O.B. 5/22/1944) and immigration documents

Circumstances of Recovery: Skeletal remains found in a wooded area.
 
After a quick search I was able to find an address to match the name on his ID that is in Houston Texas. He also has previously lived in Saint Petersburg, Florida I believe the problem with this one is tracking down family members. I have not had any luck in finding even one potential match for a family member maybe some of our members that are good with those ancestry sites can find out more for this man.

Perhaps they can't 100% confirm this is his identity. If they were 100% sure wouldn't they move him to Claimus? As of today he's still listed as Unidentified. @truthfinder2019 and @HorseGuy do a lot of work in the Unclaimed forum - do you guys have thoughts on the threshold that needs to be met for ID?
