Unidentified Person Case

I’m guessing date found versus deceased date is the length of time he was in the hospital.
“Circumstances of RecoveryThe deceased male individual was struck by a motor vehicle while riding his bike on 08/22/2017. He was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital Southwest, where he passed away on 09/06/2017.”
He seems to have been fairly well dressed but without seeing it it’s hard to tell if it was second hand. The Hilfiger jeans in particular stand out to me, even if they were cut into shorts.
“Gray polyester shirt, size Large, brand BLUE Pronto Uomo. Camo hat in tan and orange/brown, brand Credenz. Blue denim cut-off shorts from jeans size 34/34, brand Hilfiger Brand Denim, style is Heritage Bootcut. Black Hanes underwear size medium.”
Quick search on “Chela” says it means beer but also looks like it could be a name, not positive on that though.
