When I first read about this case a few month ago, I became really interested. However, he no longer has a NamUs profile or TXDPS profile, indicating he was identified. But when I reached out to HCIFS, who still had their bulletin up for him, the PIO told me that was not the case. Here is his story, please note I found out more information from the PIO (Michele) that was not mentioned.
On the evening of March 6, 2002, an unidentified man was stabbed following an altercation on 98 Bryan Street in Houston, Texas. His friends took him to Constable Precint 6, a county building that was nearby, where he unfortunately died. The man did live on 98 Bryan, but I haven't been able to find much more than that.
The decedent was Hispanic, in his 30s, stood approx 5 foot 3, weighed 193 pounds, had black wavy hair, a stubble beard, and multiple scars. He was wearing a t-shirt, blue jeans, white underwear, white socks, and a black work boot on his left foot.
