ADDITIONAL IDENTIFIERS:
The decedent was found wearing a dark blue t-shirt with “Central Florida Chapter Alumni Association” and the Penn State University logo on the front, an adult diaper and hospital socks labeled “Cardinal Health”. The decedent also was found wearing a possible hospital band on his wrist but the writing was completely worn off.
