Sounds like a homeless man who passed away inside his tent. How very sad. May he be identified soon.

Distinctive Physical Features

The decedent has two distinctive tattoos (photos provided):
- Skull with a hat with angel wings and "Texas" in between (similar to "Harley Davidson" logo) on upper right arm
- A figure with crossed arms and text characters (possibly kanji) below on upper left arm

It does. I think that maybe he died of malnutrition or a disease he couldn’t afford the care for.

It looks like the character below the mermaid(?) is 愛 ("love") between two Eastern dragons. The tattoo above it appears to have a signature to its right--looks like "F...g.ll." and maybe "87" below?

I believe the tattoo depicts the Aladdin's Genie. I can make out the pointy ears and beard. And also a tiny Magic Lamp.

This UP had a county burial, cause of death was acute combined toxic effects of fentanyl and morphine:

@Caring1

Does this man have any exclusions listed?

NamUs says, "A Velcro patch, similar to those used to put names on packs or uniforms was located on the floor of the tent that read "Browning."
There are some men who went missing with the last name Browning.
I wonder about NamUs MP53874, J D Browning.
Height is a bit less but not impossible, age within the range, he has brown hair, he walked away from a hospital in 2018 in Alabama.

I think the tattoo looks a bit like a dragon, phoenix, or rooster. MOO.
