No, the Jane Doe's parents' eye colors can make several combinations of a & b genes. If Mary's parents' have a match to Jane's A & B genes, it's a match.

Yes, there are quite a few different possible combinations for both sets of parents. However, Mary’s eyes are reported as blue and Jane Doe’s are reported as brown, so unless you’re thinking one or the other is incorrect, how could they be one in the same?

Jane had Hazel eyes, the only place that states she had Blue is NCMEC, but everywhere else it’s Hazel, so Mary likely has Hazel eyes.

Indeed, per the usual, there are as many conflicting pieces of information as there are sources. In any scenario, assuming Jane’s eyes are hazel, and given the multiple loci, incomplete dominance and incomplete penetrance involved in eye color, what is her genotype? And what are the genotypes of her parents?

That sounds like parents who didn't care, like she said.

No, she is not. Detective Bean has said that they have contacted a "lab", but he didn't elaborate. I am a volunteer for DNA Doe Project, so I know that she is not currently one of their pending cases.

Kathy from the motel was never ruled in or out, and nobody has come forward other than the original brother/sister who sent me the photo.

Not sure if I'm following correctly, but if I am, you're trying to match Mary Rodermund to this Jane Doe, correct? If so, they both have DNA in the system and would have matched if they were one and the same. However, to be sure, I always say to submit the possible match to NamUs and see what shakes out.
If I'm misunderstanding, I apologize.

That would likely make her eyes brown.
Except in cases of simple Mendelian, single loci traits, which eye color is not, the genotype cannot be determined by the phenotype alone.
